Full of character, this peaceful cottage boasts a cosy living room complete with woodburner, underfloor heating and exposed beams, a fabulous kitchen and a stylish bathroom. The cottage is in a superb location with top-class restaurants, the magnificent Chatsworth Estate and truly stunning local walks right on the doorstep. Bikes can be stored in the rear yard making this cottage an ideal base for foodies, cyclists and walkers alike.

The Pudding Stop - Bakewell - Free Parking

Our beautiful and newly refurbished (2023) cottage is right in the heart of Bakewell, Derbyshire. The location could not be more convenient - it's a minute walk into the centre where you will find excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and independent shops. We now also include free on-street parking. The Pudding Stop sleeps 2 guests (babies and dogs welcome too!) and is available for short breaks and week stays. This little hideaway is set within the garden of our 1830’s Grade II listed property.

If you want peace and solitude with stunning sunset views in a comfy, lived-in, dog-friendly place of your own Copy Wood Cottage is your ideal location. Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. We now have an EV Charger for guest’s use, just contact me on cost.

You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Welcome to Lancaster Cottage, Winster - possibly the best situated cottage in the Peak District - utterly peaceful yet an easy stroll to pubs and fantastic walking trails from the doorstep. Built in 1701 & Grade II Listed, it oozes character and is the ideal cosy winter retreat for a romantic escape for 2. Sequoia Lodge is located in the pretty village of Darley Bridge, making it ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales. Adjoined to the main house by a wall, you have your own private entrance & courtyard (Summer suntrap!). The living/kitchen areas are bright and airy with huge high beamed ceilings and the bedroom with kingsize bed has French doors opening onto your private courtyard, so you can unwind on a warm evening or enjoy a lazy breakfast in summer.

Willow Cottage Newly renovated quaint cottage

Nestled away in the village of Youlgrave, in the heart of the Peak District National Park this newly renovated cottage is the perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and single travellers looking to get away from it all. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists with access to the Limestone Way, White Peak Way and the Alternative Pennine Way. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.

The Annexe - Belle Vue House

The Annexe to Belle Vue House was built for Servants to the main house in 1823. The grade 2 listed building commands an elevated position overlooking Matlock Bath. The property has been lovingly updated to keep period features while providing modern living. The property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs from the lower drive way. Due to the period nature and historic listing road side parking is necessary.

Quince cottage is a truely delightful terraced, natural stone built cottage dating back to the 19th Century. Situated in the picturesque village of Ashford in the Water, in the Peak District. This quintessential English village is steeped in history and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
