It is light, bright and on a quiet street, ideal for leisure/work with fast Wifi. It is centrally located; 10 mins drive to the ocean, 15 mins to the city and 20 mins to the Swan Valley wine region. Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
