The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.

Gorgeous views on the front or back porch. The Bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen air mattress available for additional guests. Community pool (seasonal), BBQ grill, and picnic area. Only 1.8 mi to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Pets allowed.
