Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. The "Otter Cabin" on Spring Creek

Private riverfront setting, yet a short stroll to The Appalachian Trail, downtown shops,, restaurants, brewery, and live music. The cozy Otter cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining area, king-sized bed in separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with walk-in tile shower and freestanding Japanese soaking tub. The round cabin design with wrap-around deck views put you in the heart of nature.

The Music Box, rooftop deck, 25 min to AVL

The Music Box is a unique tiny home, located less than 3 miles from historic downtown Marshall, and is the ideal spot for a private mountain getaway. Enjoy all that Western North Carolina has to offer, with skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and white water rafting all within a 20-25 minute drive from the property. Less than 25 minutes to Asheville, Weaverville, Mars Hill, and Hot Springs.

Papa Bear's Lair ~ Mountain Top Views

This cozy cabin is a mountaintop retreat with beautiful views of local valleys and mountain ranges. It accommodates up to 4 guests. On our 10' x 40" deck, you can enjoy the sunrise with coffee in a rocking chair, relax in the afternoon, cookout in the evening, and gaze at the stars from the hot tub after a day of hiking on the many nearby trails, including the Appalachian Trail.

The WagonTrail Cabin is a luxurious log cabin overlooking the Pisgah National Forest, the French Broad River, the Appalachian Trail, Buncombe Turnpike, and the town of Hot Springs, N.C.
