Cosy caravan in a rural setting

This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

The studio offers both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Make the most of all seasons and enjoy the outdoors under the pergola featuring outdoor bath, lounge and dining area. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the open air projector screen or take a magnesium bath under the stars and relax..

(only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. Our corner of paradise that we want to share.

Maslin St Farmhouse

A short drive from Bridgetown centre, Maslin St Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy walking through the gardens and exploring the paddocks and dam whilst watching the sheep, alpacas, ducks and chooks on this five acre property. Bookings for up to 6 guests include bedrooms 1,2&3 plus two bathrooms. Additional bedrooms and spa bathroom available at extra cost. Maslin St Cottage has extra accommodation on the same property. NB there are working bee hives on the property.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Balingup Retreat free WIFI & EV charging

Balingup Retreat is in the centre of town and has just been renovated. It has a large veranda that wraps around the house which is ideal to watch the sunset. It has four bedrooms, and it can sleep 6 people. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. No pets as there are baits in the area.Linen and towels are provided.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Autumn Ridge is a self-contained cottage situated on peaceful acreage overlooking the Blackwood Valley. With only a 10-minute drive into Bridgetown, offering unique boutique shops, delicious cafes and tourist attractions. This couples retreat is central to many of the southwest's tourist hotspots such as Manjimup, Pemberton and Margaret River. A luxury adult accomodation to enjoy as a base to explore the southwest region or just to take time off from a busy life and just chill in a comfortable and relaxing space. Enjoy drinks on the deck to take in the rural views and evening sunsets. At night, light up the fire pit and take in the night sky with a glass of wine in hand. Please advise at time of booking if you wish for a Twin bed setup.
