Тя предлага удобството да се потопиш в морето без дори да слагаш джапанки, защото се намира на 100 метра от водата. Ако решиш да се възползваш от айляка, който предлага, през деня можеш да си релаксираш на диванчетата на верандата, да се излежаваш на хамака или дори и да се правиш, че работиш от вкъщи. От 2024 караваната разполага и с изцяло обновена баня с тоалетна. NB! Водата не е годна за пиене

Насладете се на звуците на природата, когато отсядате в това уникално място.Караваната се намира на тихо и изолирано от града място. В непосредствена близост е заведението "При Томата" Шум от заведението няма, но затова пък ще се засичате с гостите, така че няма да сте абсолютно сами. След 11-12 вечерта единствено щурците ще разсейват тишината.Плажът е на 100м от караваната, изключително тих и слънчев залив с Най-Красивите залези в тази част на черноморието.Можете да прекарате вечерта там!

Căsuţa cu Miez-Căsuţă în Nuc / 4-Seasons Treehouse

Surprisingly, just about 1h 40min drive from A1 exit of Bucharest and quite close to Transfăgărășan Road, in Vâlsan River Natural Reserve, there is this delightful Walnut Treehouse named Căsuța cu Miez. (transl. ‘Walnut Kernel Treehouse’). We don’t know for sure how old the walnut tree is, but we do know that it offers a unique occasion to enjoy the splendid nearby hills and forests, the apple tree orchards, the pastures and lots of wild birds and poultry.

Aflată în imediata apropiere a unei grădini comunitare, locuința se bucura de o poziționare unica in capitala României însă aproape de natură și aer curat. Aici poți savura o cafea ascultand păsările deoarece deși aflată la stradă, zona este una liniștita. Peste drum se afla parcul Teilor iar în apropiere se afla supermarketuri și rețele de transport până în centrul orașului (unde se ajunge in max.30min)
