The open plan sitting room/kitchen has a solid stove, original shutters. We are in close proximity to a number of 18 hole golf courses and a par 3 for the novices.In Graiguenamanagh we have canoeing plus other water sports with "Pure Adventure "on the river Barrow, Bike Hire to explore the beautiful countryside which surrounds us ,Hill Walking on the Blackstairs Mountain Range and Brandon Hill we also have beautiful walks along the River Barrow, Pottery Making, Horse Riding also in the area are a number of soft play areas for Children.

Aunt Maggie's Cottage is located 50 meters from The Step House Hotel, Borris House and is close to Mount Leinster. This beautiful cottage which was built pre 1860 has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and has all the modern conveniences you require while still retaining it's unique and special charm.
