Our camera secured community, has a walking trail, laundry room, fire pit, and dog park.

Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicated workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Edisto River Turnhole Getaway

Our getaway is on the Edisto River, located on a secluded bluff with breath taking views overlooking the longest black river in SC . Relax to a quiet and peaceful evening on the deck while enjoying the hot tub. Perfect for couples celebrating a birthday or anniversary. Boat access available. Located only one hour from Charleston and an hour and a half from Columbia. No pets please. WE NOW HAVE WIFI!

The Branchville Estate

Enjoy your stay at this 5-bedroom Luxury Estate! Located just 13 miles off I95 in historic Branchville. This 1902 charmer includes modern conveniences such as a chef's kitchen, double appliances, 3 full bathrooms, 5 proper bedrooms and walk in closets. Local stores, steps away! Large backyard has barbeque, fire pit and multiple dining areas.

The Woodland House Nestled just 25 minutes from Aiken and only 8 minutes from the SRS gate, The Woodland House is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, you can enjoy peaceful strolls or simply sit back on the back porch with a glass of wine in hand, soaking in the laid-back charm of small-town life.

Enjoy having a cup of coffee relaxing in the swing on the front deck or sitting on the back deck facing the woods and watching the chickens pecking for food. Or take a stroll down the lane and inspect the muscadine/scuppernong vines and enjoy luscious grapes and figs in season. Enjoy a slice of country life on 2 1/2 acres.

Copper Penny

We totally gutted this home and came up with the whole new design and look that we wanted to tie into a rural southern look. We used materials from an old barn while adding new materials representing rustic charm. When you walk in, it feels "cozy" and it is!
