This beautiful holiday home with pool is located on island Rab, one of the most beautiful island on the Adriatic. This home is in the village Barbat , just 80 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches. The house is located in a dead-end street, which ensures complete peace. The whole neighbourhood is very nice and quiet . Relax on the cosy sun island by the pool, make use of the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal for the whole family and let the kids have fun in the huge garden and the pool.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
