Option of boat access from Diamond Lake boat launch, 45 minute drive from Sault Ste. Marie to launch and 5 minute canoe. Or drive on the new road, backroads to the cabin. Canoe is provided for you for crossing and during your stay!

Mountainview Lodge Caboose/Tiny Home

Nestled into the Algoma Mountains is our charming lodge. Our historic Algoma train Caboose is quite the experience as it's surrounded by mature spruce, birch and maple trees. Because of our unique location we are on a major flight path for northern migrating birds. We are along the sacred Goulais River, which is home to many different fish species all making their way to Lake Superior. This is some of the best fishing in the world. We also offer kayak and canoes to rent to explore the river.

"The Seven Bridges Chapel" is a former church that has been renovated and updated to include every comfort, while still maintaining historic "church" elements such as stained-glass windows and original maple floors. No detail was overlooked during the renovation of this historic building. With two full bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with sitting area, loft and 2000 square feet of living space, we think the Chapel is an amazing option! Come experience a relaxing getaway with family and friends! You can swim off the dock, great fishing, large yard for outdoor games and bonfires! You will have access to the entire camp, including all kitchen items, canoe, and both indoor and outdoor games. Three kayaks available with life jackets so you can tour the beautiful area. Like many other cottages, our water is lake fed so guests will need to bring bottled water. Fur babies welcome! Ensure they stay in the yard and watched.

Relax with a swim in clear waters of McCarrel lake, the waterfront is shared with host family , great trout and bass fishing only 30 minutes from SSS, garage loft is separate beside our house with two flights up . Enjoy the kayak, canoe or paddle-boards. Lifejackets provided ,use-at your own risk . Please book ahead for bonfire , $12.00 bag . Hike up to the bluffs ! Maximum capacity 4 people. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.
