Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Detta lilla hus är fridfullt och centralt beläget nära Stockholm C. Stugan har kök med diskmaskin, vardagsrum, sovrum, badrum med tvättmaskin. Det tar några minuter att gå till tunnelbana Mörby Centrum och det tar 15 minuter med tunnelbanan till Stockholm City, 10 minuter till Universitet. Dessutom är stugan mycket barnvänligt med lekplats och ingen biltrafik. På loftet finns 2 sängar (90x200, nya, bekväma). Om ni är mer än 2 vuxna måste någon sova på loftet vilket kan kännas obekvämt.

Liten stuga nära centrum

Our little house is 150 years old. It is close to the center of Södertälje and right next to the house where we live. It has one room, kitchen and bathroom and you will find everything you need for your stay. If it is sunny you can enjoy the evening sun at the more private side of the house, the morning sun you will easier catch on the garden side. There is a bus stop about 150 m away (our house is uphill from the bus) or you can park your car in our driveway.

This is a terrific apartment located in a very quiet building and area. There are great grocery stores as well as a few, simpler restaurants within walking distance. When you want to enjoy all that Stockholm has to offer, the metro is within a 10-15 minute walk and the train will take you to the city center in 15 minutes.
