The Gatehouse is a pretty semi-detached property with private garden & parking. Within easy reach of Norwich & Norfolk's many attractions, there's everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated and furnished with a well-equipped kitchen area and utility room, and supermarkets a short drive away. You'll find lovely country pubs and restaurants nearby. We welcome one well-behaved dog and have our own field with mown pathways which you are free to explore and other walks nearby.

Charming cottage hideaway surrounded by nature

Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

The stylish kingsize suite has a compact deluxe en suite shower room, a mini kitchen (kettle, fridge) & an honesty bar. 30 mins from Norwich & 45 mins from the beautiful Norfolk coast, walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep (bikes can be borrowed). The rooms showcase everything that local producers have to offer. Make the most of the peaceful surroundings on the small patio outside the Bramble Room.

If you are looking for luxury, peace and quiet , comfortable surroundings and a lovely space to chill and relax then Willow Barn should be your first choice. You won't forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. The barn has only one bedroom but we can accommodate one baby or toddler who is able to sleep in a travel cot

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
