Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Cotuit Room Quaint but everything you need our rentals our attached to the Portside Tavern in Hyannis. Conveniently located in downtown, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer! The bars, restaurants and shops are a stone's throw away, one is literally attached to the building! The ferries and the beach are not much further than that. Our spaces here are named after the seven villages in Barnstable and offer self-check in and out and more privacy than a hotel.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

This property is in a perfect location, providing easy access to both the upper & lower Cape, near numerous restaurants & activities, in a quiet neighborhood & within a short walking distance to some of the Cape's best Nantucket Sound beaches. With Bass River Beach nearby & Windmill Beach even closer, you can enjoy a short walk or take your bike.
