The Studio @ Cliff Lodge

The Studio is a self-contained space with a private entrance in the basement of our family home, a 10-min stroll from Bath train station and city centre. It has recently been completely refurbished. The open plan living/bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, wifi. There’s a shower room and small kitchen. It’s a cosy space most suited to those under 6 ft! There’s a local shop, cafe and pub 2 mins away (great food). As it is below our kitchen and we have young children expect noise from around 7am.

Ensuite bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Kitchenette with convection microwave oven/grill, fridge, all small appliances and a breakfast bar.

Harptree Hideaway

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.

Bye Mills Farm is in the Chew Valley, a perfect rural retreat by the River Chew in a stunning location with beautiful walks in all directions and ideally located for exploring Bristol, Bath and Wells.

Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

The Retreat - Garden Room, wonderful views, Bath

'The Retreat' is a compact, Garden room in a quiet corner of Bath. Close to M4 and 5/10min drive to Center. En-suite with large shower. Free on-street parking. On bus route. Beautiful countryside views. Breakfast basket provided. Comfortable double bed. Nestled in lovely scenery, the Cabin is compact and contains all mod cons you would want for a short and relaxing break in Bath. Advised for a 1-2 night stay and as a place to rest after sightseeing - not really as a daybreak.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

The Dairy, Mendip Hills near Blagdon

Tucked away in a very quiet spot on the Mendip Hills near Blagdon, this converted dairy provides a unique place to stay underneath a traditional farmhouse. An ideal location for walking, touring and enjoying the magnificent Mendips. Very snug and peaceful accommodation. Lots of walking right on your doorstep and six acres of paddock for you at the farm. Only 10 minutes from Cheddar Gorge & Bristol Airport.
