Room 17 Single Room in Seefeld offers 30 m² for 1 guest. You have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom during your stay. Private amenities include TV, capsule coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Room cleaning during your stay is only carried out upon your request. Located in the quiet center of Hechendorf, you can easily walk to Lake Pilsensee. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking, and excursions, with good public transport connections.

The room features two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. There is a small seating area with a table and SAT-TV. The toilet is directly accessible from the room. The private bathroom with shower is located across the hall. A fridge, kettle, and coffee machine are provided in the room. Please note there are no dishes or cutlery available. Standard-size towels are provided, but no bath towels. If needed, you will need to bring your own bath towels.

The Private Room Kippenhausen is located in the Immenstaad-Kippenhausen district, about 1.5 km from the lake. In Kippenhausen, you will find a restaurant, a snack bar, and several fruit stands and farm shops. The double room is offered without breakfast, and breakfast cannot be booked additionally. The spacious, bright guest room is suitable for 1–2 people. It features a private bathroom with shower and WC, TV, and a parking space directly in front of the house.
