Has 1 queen bedroom and the sofa in livingroom is a full size pull out bed. *This sleeps 2 separate adults comfortably. This is not large enough for 3 or 4 separate adults, Unless 2 people are a couple for queen bed and 2 small kids on pullout sofa. or 1 adult in each bed is very comfortable too.
