3-bedroom, 2-bath home, located in the Bayshore community, easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool. ( FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL). Home is centrally located. You can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Boats or RV's are not allowed to be parked at the home - HOA rules. There is short term storage and the marina available to keep them nearby.

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player.
