The covered patio sets a relaxed scene for nightcaps in the glow of string lights. The entire home including a 2 stall garage is accessible to our guests. My sister is an Airbnb Superhost and will be managing the property for me. She will be available as needed, however, believes in honoring our guest's space and privacy. The Park House is located in a master planned community in Chandler near downtown Gilbert. The complex features several parks, walking and jogging paths, pickleball and basketball courts, playgrounds, 3 communal pools, and shared hot tubs. The Park House has quick access to a major freeway which allows an easy commute to most of the Phoenix metro. Charming downtown Gilbert, Downtown Chandler, and Sun Lakes are within a 10 minutes. Chandler-Gilbert Community College is within walking distance as is LA Fitness. The home features a "Nest" doorbell which allows remote access to the home if necessary. The guest may ring the doorbell and the host will answer any questions or open the front door.
