This cosy well equipped two bedroom home, with spacious through lounge dinner has a 50" internet TV and Wi-Fi, a toilet upstairs and downstairs and is the perfect place to relax with easy access to all the local buses, pubs, eateries and the riverside delights of Beccles Quay. The garden is dog-friendly, and it's unlikely that your furry friend will escape, unless they are exceptionally agile. The road does have parking permits but there are plenty of free parking spaces within close proximity.

The recently renovated property has been designed to a high standard and features a cozy lounge with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. Nestled in the scenic Waveney Valley, explore the charming town, enjoy the Suffolk countryside, the Norfolk Broads, and scenic coastal towns. Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

This recently renovated modern split level apartment is part of an historic building in the heart of the attractive market town of Beccles, a short walk from a multitude of activities. Formerly a 19th-century gentry residence, it offers olde world charm mixed with modern amenities with Twyfords Cafe serving great homemade food conveniently on the ground floor. Pubs, restaurants, shops, boating on the river and outdoor lido on the doorstep. Excellent coastal walks a 20-minute drive.

Dog friendly space in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

Thyme Cottage

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Lodge - Beccles

The lodge is spacious and beautifully furnished with high end fixtures and fittings. Situated in Beccles, close to the river waveney. The lodge overlooks a wooded dell area and is perfect for small families, couples or singles looking for a relaxing stay with plenty of places to explore nearby. The interior has been designed for accessibility with everything including parking easily accessible and on one level. The courtyard garden is fully enclosed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5 miles from 2 beaches. 1 mile from the Broads. Many local attractions for adults and children. Paddling pool available on request. Push bike secure storage overnight. Sleeps 2-4. (large sofa bed and King size bedroom) Situated on the Suffolk / Norfolk boarders. Fresh eggs available from our hens and honey from our bees.
