OASI is a top apartment rental facility with four furnished apartments with equipped kitchen, independent bathroom, ceiling fan and A/C, TV, free Wi-fi, one queen size bed and one futon sofa', independent verandah with chairs and hammocks. APT. 4 is the only one in second floor with a real big veranda all around, thatched roof with chairs and a table. A great view of the pool and the garden with a lot of privacy. Conveniently located in the Boca Del Rio section of San Pedro Town where you can drive your golf cart up to the condo from the beach. New furniture added May 2017. Famous restaurants and bars, grocery stores and other services are within a short walk. Beach is about 20 steps from front door and pool is in front. There is an manager locally to help with all needs. Security is on site in the evenings.
