Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.

Semi-detached villa with heated private pool, located in a very quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the center of Calpe and shops and 1.2km from the beach. It has three double bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds . It has two air conditioners located in the living room and in the dining room to cool the house and the third one in the parental bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower, the first is in the double bedroom and the second is very close to the other two bedrooms.

Vous pouvez vous y rendre en bus, les arrêts aller comme retour sont à 50m du logement. De la terrasse arrière vous avez vue à la montagne et de la terrasse avant vous avez une vue panoramique sur la mer et le village. La gare d'un petit train se trouve à 100 m du logement, idéal pour visiter Denia ou Altea.
