This area is famous for its quality wine, stone production and agriculture. With an amazing private swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in a short 35 minute drive and the nearest beach, located in Karin, is only 10 km away.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
