Een unieke bungalow midden in Breda met verrassend grote tuin! Minder dan 2 kilometer en je zit hartje centrum Breda. 500 meter van het centrum Ginneken en een winkelcentrum 80 meter verderop. Ideaal voor vakantie,(romantisch) weekend weg en geschikt voor kinderen en mindervaliden. Een royale tuin, grote keuken, 2 slaapkamers en een knusse woonkamer met open haard. De bank kan gebruikt worden als 2 persoons bed maar het prettigste verblijf is met 5 pers+1 baby. Genoeg te doen voor jong&oud!

The place is fully renovated with double glass windows and soundproofing for a restful night’s sleep. Just be prepared for some narrow stairs, though, they are worth it!

The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.
