Relax at our peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable Cottage. Cottage has outside dining table and chairs , fire pit , logs and log burning stove inside. We provide complimentary logs for both . Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Royal Deeside 1 Bedroom self-contained 'Bothy'

Self contained annexe in the heart of Royal Deeside. The 'bothy' is a 1 bedroom home attached to our converted farmhouse. Downstairs has a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/living area with sofa bed and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Our property has bike wash and storage.

The Annex ( with Sauna )

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

A very comfortable, heated, beautifully appointed Shepards hut with stunning views over the Tay valley. An ideal location to relax, reconnect and explore the magic of Perthshire. We have ancient Caledonian woodlands for you to explore, full of incredible wildlife and a wild swimming pond for those looking for a cold water fix - look us up under cotwild The Shepards hut sleeps 2 adults & 2 children under 12yrs on a sofa bed sleeping bag. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
