The studio consists of a large living space and full bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge and tableware in the main room. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.
