Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

A beautiful modern S/C apartment located on the edge of Oxford Island Nature Reserve set on the shores of Lough Neagh only 20 minutes south of Belfast, 30 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the Mourne mountains . The house is set on the grounds of a thatch cottage where we live with dogs, cats and hens which roam about freely waiting to welcome newcomers and overlooks stunning countryside. Titanic Exhibition, shopping and high end restaurants are all within easy reach.

Each chalet sleeps 4 comfortably and has their own private bathrooms, kitchenette and shared BBQ area. Walking distance to the local pub, coffee shop, Priory Manor House and River Blackwater and acres of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect for fishing trips, group getaways or to explore as a family.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Holbrook Guest House

Lovely one bed self-contained flat located on the outskirts of Armagh City, just off the main Portadown Road. This guest house has been newly renovated in the last couple of years so it is fresh and fully furnished. It is on the premises of our family home in a quiet, safe and rural area. Probably best suited for one person or a couple. This property includes private parking, Sky TV and WIFI. Also available for long-term rental - enquire for more information.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.

Keepers House, Castle Leslie Estate

A cut stone period two bed house, recently renovated and formerly the game keepers house, located in the heart of the Castle Leslie Estate. The house sits at the top of a small hill, with views of a lake through the trees that surround the house. Perfect for quiet get aways with friends or the family as well as those visiting for weddings and events at Castle Leslie.
