Inside you will find 3 cozy bedrooms all with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove for whipping up your favorite recipe or maybe you want to curl up with a good book and a cup of your favorite coffee using the Coffee Bar.

FarmHouse Inn: Home away from Home!

2026 is change, just in management, NOT service! It's time I bow out of the day to day management. I look forward to traveling, visiting family and friends and doing what seniors do! We're excited the Board agreed to work with the Staff to manage the FarmHouse. Cozy, stylish 1BR/1BA home in central Hartington featuring a full bathroom, spacious kitchen, and a thoughtfully designed living room with a warm retro nautical vibe. The living area includes a large sectional that converts to a bed plus a futon, making it ideal for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. The bedroom offers a calm, modern cove-like feel with a comfortable king bed for restful sleep. Washer and dryer included, with convenient access to local shops and essentials.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.
