This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.
