La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Our home is airy, sunny and cool in summer even if Bogliasco is always nice. On warm fall days a swim is still enjoyable. In winter the nearby mountains often have snow and you can go hiking or snowshoeing with stunning views on the whole Riviera and the entire Alpine region. In february the heather blossoms and all the spring flowers follow with the scents of the mediterranean bush. It's the ideal departure point for day trips to all the Riviera Ligure and to Genoa and its historical centre
