Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
