This unique Black (exterior) & White (interior) two-unit-bungalow offers modern comfort and will make for a memorable stay. Enjoy two private walk-out decks and one small fenced in yard with this upper unit overlooking the lush surroundings and horse pastures in the distance. We consider a well behaved, house trained pet for an additional pet fee.

Are you looking for a LARGE charming estate to rent for this summer? Main Guest Suite sitting on 4 wooded acres in Zionsville! Home is duplexed into an upstairs Suite and a walk out Basement Suite that is rented out separately. If you are interested in renting both the upstairs and downstairs units, that is a separate booking. Just let us know and we can check the availability to combine both units for you. This is our primary residence that we have set up to be rented while traveling.
