This cozy room has great access to everything you would want to do in Breckenridge. Walk one block up to the free bus stop. The room is on the small side, but it's all your's. Separate/private entrance to the room, no access to main area of house. The main home has long-term renters whom you will hear (if they're home). Please do not book if this is an issue😊. No more than 2 bodies in the room. One (1) parking space. If booking on the same day, give an hour before arriving if after 4pm.

Like wildlife? Moose, fox and waterfowl occasionally frequent the yard. The beautiful Blue River is 50 yards from the house. Catch Brook Trout in the several nearby beaver ponds. The free Summit Stage ski bus picks up right outside the unit and goes directly to the gondola.
