Our bungalow is in the middle of a 15 hectar private forest close to the river Norðurá with a great view over the valley and the mountain Hafnarfjall. It is a very peaceful place about 20 km north from Borgarnes. The location is good if you are making an excursion to Snæfellsnes peninsula and/or the west of Iceland. Our location is ideal for observing the northern lights from September to the middle of April. Sorry, but we only host guests with positive reviews from other hosts

A cozy cabin with good location. Two bedrooms, master bedroom with double be. Second bedroom with large bunk bed. Hot tub and wonderful outdoor eating area. Great view in a peaceful area, good place to relax. Great hiking spots close by, 30 min from the beautiful waterfall Glymur. Oceanfront House with Private Hot Tub

The house stands by the shore and includes a private hot tub (renewed in june 2021) where you can enjoy the ocean and mountain view. It is away from farms in the area so you can enjoy some peace and quiet of Icelandic nature. It's 30 km west of Borgarnes. The location is perfect if you are traveling to Snæfellsnes peninsula. Our location is ideal for observing the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) as they can be seen from October through March. There are no nearby lights.
