This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Huset er beliggende i bygden Sørvåg, 2 km fra lufthavnen, med enestående udsigt over havet. Huset byder på opholdsrum med køkken, hyggekrog og sofagruppe, der kan bruges som sovesofa til 2 personer. De 2 værelser er med to senge i hvert rum. Badeværelse er med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. I bygden er der bla. café, købmand og en hyggelig lystbådehavn. Med 10 min til Bøur har du den flotteste udsigt til Tintholm, herfra kan du fortsætte til Gåsedal, som byder på flot udsigt, natur og café.

“Sjógylt” Historisk strandhus med spa i Vestmanna

Hyggeligt historisk hus med naturskøn beliggenhed. Få skridt fra stranden med smuk panorama udsigt til idyllisk natur. Alt er inden for gåafstand. Rolige og smukke omgivelser, trods den centrale beliggenhed. Huset er hyggeligt indrettet med entre, fuldt udstyret separat køkken, badeværelse med bruser og vaskemaskine. To soveværelser med to senge hver og en stue med sovesofa. To terrasser, den store foran med tilhørende havemøbler og spa i månederne fra april -september som også kan benyttes.

Løðupakkhúsið - Historical Warehouse - Top Floor

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, LPH features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and oak wooden flooring. Guest house in Sørvágur near airport

Our Guesthouse is a traditional Faroese house built in 1882. After being uninhabited for years, the house underwent a huge renovation in 2017. Our Guesthouse is located in the old city center of Sørvágur and is the perfect base for exploring all the fantastic attractions that Vágar has to offer. You are only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry to Mykines, and about a 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The airport is a 5 minute drive away and the local grocerystore is just arround the corner.

The house is completely renovated. we have our goose walking right outside the house. The airport is within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the airport. 5 minutes walking distance to our local grocery store. About 15 min walking distance to the ferry Jósup to Mykines. There are 2 bedrooms with each dobbel bed. There are good view from the house Its very beautyfull to see the airplane so close. Its easy to come to the house, it’s only one step up to the front door.

Cosy Múlafossur Cottage by waterfall in Gásadalur

Tjaldur Cottage is one of the 'Múlafossur Cottages' located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is a truly magical and secluded place with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows -all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall. As a bonus the cottage is only a 10-20min drive from the only Faroese airport, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Blue boathouse in Klaksvík, Faroe Islands

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.
