The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Meadow Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated and heated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm next to our wildflower meadow. It has its own private hot tub and outside patio area, and shared access to an outdoor sauna.

Overlooking Douglas Bay and beach from the centre of the 2-mile Promenade, this 1st floor floor, self-catering apartment offers an excellent base from which to explore the Isle of Man. There is a bus (and horse tram) stop directly outside the front door and the centre of town a 10 minute walk away. Fully equipped with wi-fi and usual appliances. Free allocated parking for ONE vehicle (car or small van only) is available directly outside the property.

Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
