House is located on a top of a hill with spectacular view from all the bedrooms and living room. You get easy access, it is only 2 km far from 'Dracula's Castle'. This is a place where we spent quality time with our kids and friends and where you can do the same. It is more for for people who appreciate nature and self accommodation rather than the comfort of a hotel. Guests are welcome to play with our Bernese Mountain Dogs, and families with children will also find a safe and fun playground space to enjoy. Our complex includes two houses: Piece of Heaven and Piece of Dream.

Big comfy home, amazing view of peaceful Bran area

Orchard Villa is located at the bottom of the Piatra Craiului Mountains, at 900 meters altitude. We have the most beautiful view over the Brasov Plateau, Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Mts, just 5 min drive from the Bran Castle. The house has been built last year and everything inside is all new. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, dining and 2 kitchens. We're surrounded by green pastures, no traffic and almost no neighbours, just the forest at 5 minutes walk.

Amazing pittoresque property, situated just a few hundred meters from Bran Castle aka Dracula's Castle. The cottage has 5 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and bar type, kitchen. They all open up to a spacious, full of light salon. The upstairs terrace and balcony will offer you unforgettable moments of rest and relaxation. Being at the foot of the mountain, having an astonishing view along with the local attractions makes this place truly magic.

Barn Cottage

Barn cottage is situated up on the hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the village of Bran, but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. Barn Cottage is suitable for two adults. We are not equipped or have the possibility to offer accommodation to families with children and do not accept guests with pets. We have a non smoking rule inside the cottage. If you do smoke outdoors on the patio please make sure you tidy up after yourself.
