The Bothy

The Bothy is a semi-detached cottage which offers open plan accommodation for couples in Norfolk who want to have a hideaway for two. This unique setting is combined with attention to detail to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This period cottage is situated at the end of the owners house which is surrounded by fields and woodland. So the deer are often in the garden. There is a large car parking area in front of the cottage and the cottage has its own access. As you walk into the well equipped kitchen, you will see the dining area.

Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Little Dial, in the heart of rural Norfolk

Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

Lovely 1 bedroom barn annexe in idyllic village

This unique annexe is a converted barn, attached to the main barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestled on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) This is an attractive, spacious conversion with a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. The Annexe sleeps 4 through a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an enclosed garden and seating area.

Cosy bedroom with separate lounge and patio area

Peppers, a cosy self contained one bedroom area with separate lounge, shower room and patio area. There is not a fully functional kitchen, but a fridge, kettle and microwave in the pantry cupboard. A welcome basket is provided for the first morning of your stay. East Harling is a lovely village close to Snetterton and Thetford Forest. The village boasts two pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and grocery store. The English Whisky Distillery Company is just up the road.

Butterflies a cozy place to enjoy the countryside

Butterflies is a cozy, comfortable self contained annexe & is located in the pretty village of Bridgham in Norfolk. Good road links to the many attractions Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire have to offer. Fully equipped for you to enjoy a self catering break whether here on holiday, working or visiting family/friends. There are a number of places close by whether it's whisky tasting, watching the activities at Snetterton race track to walking & biking there is something for everyone .

Self contained annexe in Colton, Norfolk

The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

The Treehouse Game and Stay

The Treehouse Game and Stay isn't your usual self catering apartment. It has its own pool table and retro arcade machine exclusively for your use. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Willow Farm Annexe, Dereham

In the heart of rural mid Norfolk, our charming one bedroom annexe is perfect for couples. Unfortunately we don’t accept children or pets. Set in a private walled courtyard garden with own entrance. Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). A truly magical setting for a short break.

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

The Old Cowshed

A cosy tastefully decorated place with all the comforts of home.The Old Cow Shed is a chic, beautifully refurbished property, situated in Pott Row which is about 4 miles from Sandringham and a 15 minute drive to the coast. A fabulous romantic bolthole for two. The accommodation is of a very high specification with granite work tops in the kitchen, oak flooring throughout and quality linens and fluffy bath robes.

The Loft - Self contained annex with en-suite

The Loft is situated on the edge of Stanton village in West Suffolk. Close to Bury St Edmunds - 15 mins by car, Cambridge - 45 mins by car or train from B St E, Stowmarket - Train station is 20 mins, London - Direct from Stowmarket by train, Aldeburgh - 45 min drive and many other coastal areas. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
