Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Built in 1940, this classic seaside cottage has charm with modern day amenities that will make you feel right at home. This cheerful cottage is newly renovated with brand new furnishings.

Located down a dead end street on Lake Sabbatia. 10 Miles to Xfinity Center 17 Miles to Patriot Place&Gillette 29 Miles to Providence 39 Miles to Boston Currently set up as a 1 bedroom w/an office.
