Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Come stay in our cozy lakefront cottage. Outdoor deck w/dining table that leads to a fully fenced in backyard w/outdoor shower (seasonal) and private beach. Beautiful foliage in the fall! 2 Single Kayaks available to use! Centrally located but quiet down a dead end street on Lake Sabbatia. 10 Miles to Xfinity 17 Miles to Gillette 29 Miles to Providence 39 Miles to Boston Currently set up as a 1 bedroom w/an office. Located in the desirable Highlands of Fall River, this two bedroom one bathroom apartment offers a clean and comfortable space to enjoy with friends and family. The property is on the second floor of our two unit home. It has its own private entrance for guests and on-street parking. My family and I reside on the property, occupying the first and third floor, allowing us to be easily available for guest assistance, if needed. Close to highways, Newport and Providence, RI
