The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. ABBEY BEACH OASIS

Welcome to Abbey beach Oasis! A 1950's character home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on Geographe Bay Rd. With direct access to beach, it is perfect for 1-2 families. Outside pets are welcome with dog bowl, kennel and fenced yard for medium to large dogs. Fence has a couple small gaps under a couple panels that a small dog could potentially get under. 10min to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with the best surfing/family beaches in Australia.
