Nicely decorated 12 1/2ft-wide townhouse in the heart of Harlem. We have a nice patio, and backyard. Note: we have cats in the backyard. Offers all amenities, centralized vacuum system, TV (no cable but Netflix, Amazon, etc...), wireless internet of course, washer/dryer, patio area, garden, BBQ. Will sleep 6 people comfortably, and has one extra sleeping possibility on a large sofa. Full, new kitchen with gas cooker, toaster, coffee maker etc... Hair dryer in the bathrooms. Very quiet place

There are about 20 stairs to climb up, plus few once inside,free parking across the street at any time, which is one of benefits of NOT living in the heart of NYC. Inside the apartment, you’ll find all necessary items for a comfortable stay. We have a hair dryer, an iron, towels, shampoos and toiletries. My place is where I Iive, 30 min away from NYC by train or Public bus/metro transfers takes you in 60 min but more affordably with the 7 day unlimited metro card for 33 usd. I offer the entire home or the option to share it with me for a cheaper price. Airport transfers and private daily car rentals are available for day trips. My home is your home a bit away from a noisy city. Please keep in mind that this is where I live when not rented, so do expect to see my personal clothes and charm.
