Family-friendly stay in a 2 bedroom apt on the 3rd floor of our family townhouse in the best neighborhood in NYC! There's room to bring kids! Comfort, style, & amazing views of the Manhattan skyline from your window. Located in the vibrant Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, this apartment in a historic brownstone offers plenty of your own space including kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms in a prime location for easy access to all of NYC's best spots! Host will be present.

Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views.
