Last Summer: Rooftop & stunning lake view home

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

The Lakeview

The Lakeview ist ein charmantes Seehaus mit atemberaubender Naturkulisse & privatem Seezugang, ein idealer Ort für Aktivitäten rund um den See. Das liebevoll & hochwertig eingerichtete Haus liegt direkt auf dem See & bietet einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die BernerAlpen. Das Berner Oberland bietet 365 Tage viele Erlebnisse für aktive Gäste und Erholungssuchende. Im Winter erwarten Sie 34 Skigebiete mit insgesamt 775 Pistenkilometern. Gîte insolite, logement fabuleux

Cette roulotte a été créé artisanalement, elle possède un coin cuisine avec lave vaisselle, four, machine à laver le linge, une cafetière Nespresso. Le lit mesure 140 par 190cm. Nous fournissons les draps ainsi que les serviettes de bain. La roulotte est équipée d'une petite salle de bain avec douche, wc et lavabo. Tout le confort, pour passer un moment cocooning. Un parking est disponible. La roulotte se situe à 50 mètres d'une ancienne ferme rénovée qui comprends notre logement et un gîte.

A seulement 15 minutes de Lausanne, 30 de Montreux (Riviera) ou des Paccots, 1h de Champéry et 1 heure 15 de Verbier, dans la commune de Corcelles le Jorat, nous vous accueillons dans une charmante dépendance entièrement restaurée en 2016, avec vue magnifique sur les Alpes Fribourgeoises. C'est aujourd'hui un gite de charme d'une surface d'environ 55m2, très confortable, décoré avec goût pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Nous vous accueillerons en français, en allemand, ou en anglais.

"Chalet Le 1er" avec vue magnifique

Ce logement paisible offre un espace convivial pour passer des moments en famille, entre amis ou simplement pour profiter de la vue spectaculaire. Il bénéficie de 2 espaces extérieurs (un balcon et une terrasse) orientés sur les pré-alpes. Ce chalet, vieux d'une centaine d'année a été rénové avec goût en 2023. Il offre tout le confort actuel tout en ayant conservé son charme et son authenticité. Vous pourrez profiter de l'intégralité du lieu et du jardin. Un petit jardin potager vous attend.

L'Aparté, suggested by « L’Instant Clé », is an enchanting 70m² cottage with a private garden, terrace, and Jacuzzi, offering a romantic and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the countryside. Everything has been designed with your well-being in mind, allowing you to let go and relax. A homemade breakfast (pastries or Bircher muesli, jams, honey, cheese, ham, or local eggs) is available on request at an additional cost. Evening meals are also available. Please order two days in advance.

The train station, shops and all amenities are within walking distance, but the chalet is located in a very quiet neighbourhood.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
