This 3,000sf home features 3 bedrooms plus a den with a queen bed with sleeping accommodations providing comfortable sleeping for up to 10 guests, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious screened-in porch, a pool table and a hot tub. One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used.
