Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Stay in one of our 3 cabins, each equipped with its own 2-person hot tub on the back deck for you to enjoy under the stars. Breakfast is included with your stay. Each cabin offers a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, thermostat-controlled gas fireplace, a/c unit, shower, cable tv, and a dvd player. All of that situated on 13+ beautiful acres complete with a pond and walking paths through the woods! 15 minutes from Kansas Star Casino and 10 minute drive to Derby with city amenities.

The couple married Dec. 18th 1921. The home has its original quarter sawn oak wood work & doors throughout, oak wood floors, laundry chute, central vacuum, coal stove, the list goes on! Outside you can stargaze on the wrap around porch and enjoy the spacious corner lot & beautiful trees!

Bathroom with a walk-in shower en suite to master bedroom which is the "Bluegrass Room". The "Sunflower Wheat Room" is slightly larger with king beds in both bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies provided. Security system with keyless entry. TV with DVD in living room and smart TV's in both bedroom & WiFi.

Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Built in 1885, this house combines antique charm with modern comforts. KING bed in the main bedroom, QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, and a rollaway cot available. New carpet and newer furnishings throughout.
