Brooker Tiny Home: Rural Luxury

Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

The Brigade - A Timeless Retreat

Step into history at The Brigade, recently restored to showcase the grandeur of the Gold Rush era. Built in the 1870s as ‘The Fire Brigade Hotel’ to serve miners, it fell into disrepair and remained vacant since the 1970s. In late 2021, father & son Shaun and Ethan began extensive restoration works, completing it in early 2025. Now ready to be enjoyed once more, we have hand crafted your stay to the finest detail. Cozy, charming, and perfectly located, The Brigade promises a memorable trip.

Mount Cole Cottages - Kookaburra Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage - Two bedroom eco cottage (built 2017) situated on our 13 acres bush property. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. EV Car charger. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.
