The charming accommodation boasts a light and spacious living/dining area with bespoke kitchen, comfortable king-size bed, walk-in robe & luxurious en-suite. The hot outdoor shower is great for post beach trips before enjoying sundowners on the patio. Host lives on site in totally separate adjoining accommodation. Guests have their own parking bay & private entrance.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Kookies

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

1 x Queen size in the bedroom. Private ensuite. Seperate lounge area. Kitchenette with small fridge/freezer; microwave; kettle; toasted sandwich maker and toaster. Located 1 km from the beach. Only 5 km to the centre of Busselton. 20km to Dunsborough. 2 km to local shops and cafe. 500m from a medical centre. #11 in Broadwater is the front section of the host’s private residence with a secure door between the two areas. A convenient location to use as a base while exploring the area.

Parkview

Opposite small park in a very short quiet street, 2 minute walk to beach and beachfront cycle/walkway. Busselton Jetty is approx. 3km. Short walking distance to corner store, bakery, liquor outlet and drive through coffee. Secure lock up for bikes, fishing gear and etc. Undercover and lock up garage parking for car. NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ABSOLUTELY NO SCHOOLIES STRICTLY NON SMOKING or VAPING ON PREMISES.

Millie's Apartment - Prime Location - Steps from Town, Beach, and Jetty! Welcome to your private getaway, perfectly situated just a 3-minute walk to the town center, a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and only 4 minutes to the jetty. This charming unit is joined to the main house but offers complete privacy, with your own entrance, private driveway parking, and access to a lock-up garage with a direct entrance to the unit.

Walking distance to beach and shops. Reverse cycle air conditioning. WiFi from 23rd Sept 2026. The apartment is self-contained with own access down a side path and through your own covered patio. A fifth guest can be added for $60 per night.
