Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Aileler ve arkadaş grupları için. Kalabalık ve gürültülü etkinlikler için uygun değildir. Balkon - teras dışında sigara içilmemesini ve kesinlikle bahçeye izmarit atılmamasını rica ederiz. Kimlik bilgileri verilenler hariç misafir kabul etmiyoruz. 18 yaş altı olanlar aileleriyle ağırlanabilir.

Arzu eden misafirler deniz taksi yoluyla da gelebilirler. Ev sahibi, evin ikinci katında 3 adet Jack Russell köpeği ile yaşamaktadır. Misafirlerin ağırlanacağı alt katın kendi girişi, mevcuttur ancak alt ve üst kat ev içinde merdivenler ile birbirine bağlıdır. Misafirlerimizin özel hayatına gereken hassasiyet gösterilecektir.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
