We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

Cwmwbwb Lodge is a 300 year old stone cottage and former hunting lodge of the Marquis of Bute! Locally we are within walking distance to several cosy pubs that serve food, a convenience store and the Taff Trail Cycle Path.
