Apartment facing the sea with incredible views of the bay of Puerto Pollença walking distance to all services. This recently built apartment, with capacity for five people, is located right on the seafront in the heart of Puerto de Pollença, offering unobstructed views of the bay. Situated on the first floor of a modern building with a lift, it provides a comfortable and well-equipped space for a functional stay in one of the most sought-after areas in the north of Mallorca. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that connects to a spacious terrace facing the sea. Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light floods in throughout the day, allowing guests to enjoy the view from almost anywhere in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for both short and extended stays. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and a third with a single bed. Two full bathrooms are available; one with a shower and the other with a combined bath and shower. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and the living area, as well as complimentary WiFi. No bicycle storage: Bicycles are not permitted inside the apartment or in the building's common areas (hallways, entrances, shared terraces, or patios). This apartment offers a comfortable and well-located option for those wishing to stay by the sea, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities of Puerto de Pollença.

We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Ein Supermarkt und kleinere Geschäfte sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Du kannst auf ein Auto verzichten.

Nuestro hogar, situado en un paraje único, con la ayuda de la piscina y de los recuerdos que se hayan podido llevar de la Cala puede ser que haga que ustedes repitan, tal vez en el 2023.

Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
